Attendees can earn up to X IACET CEUs for attending the entire conference, including the general sessions and sessions from one of the two educational tracks – safety and health or environment – or a mixture of both.
The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) has been accredited as an Accredited Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In obtaining this accreditation, AGC has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard which is recognized internationally as a standard of good practice. As a result of their Accredited Provider status, AGC is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.
Yes, please follow the steps below to download and log into the AGC Connection app. This app will be used exclusively for all conference content when you are onsite at the event. Please note that the app will only be populated closer to the event.
- Step One: Search for the ‘AGC Connection’ app in the App Store or Google Play on your preferred mobile device. Then proceed to download the app for free.
- Step Two: Log into the app using your AGC username and password. These will be the same credentials you use to access the AGC of America website (agc.org). When you first log in, you will be on the Newsfeed tab. Navigate to the Events tab and scroll to locate the 2024 Construction Safety, Health & Environmental Conference.
- Unsure of your username? It is likely your work email address. However, if that does not work, please contact Mersal Zaman at mersal.zaman@agc.org to help you troubleshoot.

The 2024 AGC CSHEC will be held in St. Louis, Missouri at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis At The Arch, July 16 – 18, 2024.
Special events will be hosted on July 15 and 17, 2024. Additional fees and pre-registration are required.
Registration typically opens four (4) months before the event.
Business casual: skirts, slacks, khakis, trousers, blouses, collared shirts, button-down shirts, sport coats, blazers, and sweaters, etc.
Consider wearing layers as the temperatures in meeting rooms can fluctuate.
Once you register for the conference and/or special events, a confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a booking link to reserve your hotel room.
Registrants interested in earning CEUs must:
- Request CEUs for each eligible session in the AGC Connection app.
- Agenda > Session > Scroll Down to Surveys
- Attend at least 95% of the session.
- Additional instructions will be emailed to you 2-3 weeks after the conference.
- You will be required to complete a session and post-program evaluation as well as a brief assessment with a passing score of 75% or greater.
Once these requirements are met, you will be able to access your IACET CEUs certificate.
Yes, all speaker presentations/handouts can be downloaded from the AGC Connection app. Simple click on the session you are interested in and scroll down to File(s). Once you open the file(s), there will be an option to email it to yourself.

You may make multiple individual reservations via the booking link. A room reservation is to be concurrent with a registration to our conference. Each reservation is the responsibility of the individual to which the room is assigned.
IACET CEUs are available for all Special Events except the In-House Environmental Managers Meeting. To earn CEUs, attendees must:
- Attend at least 95% of the course.
- Complete the course and instructor evaluation(s).
- Complete a brief assessment with a passing score of 75% or greater.
Once these requirements are met, you will be emailed a certificate conveying your CEUs. Please allow 1-2 weeks following the course for the email to be issued.
Yes, once the conference concludes, you can still access session presentations/handouts by searching under past events.

- AGC staff will process these requests and activate the accounts ASAP.

In addition to reviewing the FAQs, please note the following program elements designed specifically to help you make the most out of your conference experience and, more importantly, create meaningful personal and professional connections.
- Mentor/Mentee Program: When you are registering for the conference, you will have the option to request a conference “mentor.” Conference mentors are regular attendees of the event who are interested in connecting with first-time attendees.
- First-Time Attendee Orientation: Head over to the first-time attendee orientation for breakfast, learn more about the conference, and meet other first-time attendees.
- Networking Receptions: Don’t miss these opportunities to meet other EHS professionals from across the country.
- Attendee Debrief: Your feedback as a first-time attendee is important to us. Drop by this informal gathering to share your thoughts and experiences over the first two days of the conference.

Yes, BCSP accepts IACET CEUs. Please review the BCSP Recertification Guide (Guide to Points – Categories 6 & 7) to determine how to report your continuing education activities related to this event.

Yes, two or more attendees can be registered at the same time. However, please note that to receive the appropriate member rates, all attendees should have an account on www.agc.org.

Registration for the full Construction Safety, Health & Environmental Conference includes access to all general and concurrent sessions (safety & health and environment), breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and networking receptions.
Registration for the Environmental Education Track ONLY includes access to all environment sessions, breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and the networking reception on that day only.
Registration for the In-House Environmental Managers Meeting includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and the networking reception on that day only.
Registration for the following pre-conference sessions includes only light refreshments:

All interested speakers are welcome to submit a proposal. The proposal portal for this event will open in September 2024 and can be found on this website. Proposals will be due at the end of January 2025 and speaker/session selections will be make by the end of February 2025. If you have any questions, please contact Nazia Shah at nazia.shah@agc.org.

All attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time to avoid long wait times and late registration fees. However, AGC staff will be available onsite to assist anyone who has not pre-registered. Please refer to the agenda for registration times.
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference space. The network and password will be provided onsite.
Yes, there is a registration option for students. To qualify for student registration, you must be enrolled as a full-time student in the U.S. and not currently employed as a safety professional.

You can pick up your badge during any of the registration times listed on the agenda.
Pro tip: if you arrive the day before the conference begins, pick up your badge at the registration desk between 11AM and 5 PM.

AGC of America will fully refund your registration fee(s) if you provide an email or other written notice of cancellation to Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org no later than Friday, June 14, 2024. From June 15, 2024, to June 28, 2024, you will receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation penalty. After June 28, 2024, registration fees are non-refundable, either in whole or in part.
If you want to substitute another individual to attend in your place, you will need to provide an email or other written notice of substitution to Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org no later than Monday, July 8, 2024. After July 8, 2024, you will not be permitted to substitute.
